Ashley Lea Fuhrmann, born May 19th, 1980, was stolen suddenly and too soon as a result of an automobile accident Saturday, March 11th, 2000 at the age of 19.

She was the beloved daughter and best friend of Dawn Fuhrman, treasured sister and guiding light of Terrin Fuhrmann, age 15. Preceded in death by her father, Douglas L. Fuhrmann and grandparents, Richard and Ricci Robbins.

Ashley was the sweetheart of Spence Hegener of Lake Charles, Louisiana and "best buddy" of Daniel Smith, age 4. She was the niece of Spencer Robbins of Maui, Hawaii.

Ashley attended St. George Episcopal Grade School and Church and Eisehower Middle School. She was a graduate of Winston Churchill High School, where she was a cheerleader for 4 years, Peer Assistance Leadership, Honor Roll, National Honor Society, All American Cheerleader, drug free and alcohol free Winners Circle, and a member of Young Life.

Ashley was a sophomore at Baylor University, member and historian of Pi Beta Phi sorority. She recently performed brilliantly in Baylor's musical production of "Sing" and won the opportunity to perform in "Pig Skin" in the fall.

Ashley was a shining star in the lives and hearts of all who knew her. Her cheerful smile and winning personality left a lasting impression on everyone she met. Ashley was a cherished friend, a beauty, a compassionate, loving uong woman who adored her mother and brother.

She was the best.
